Comparison: What is the Best Gaming Mouse?

Some manufacturers have also felt the wind turn and they have made a specialty of these mice for video game enthusiasts. Thus, alongside manufacturers like Logitech - used to all types of mice - we find names such as Asus, Cooler Master, Corsair, HyperX, Razer, Roccat or SteelSeries to name a few. The first models are trading for just over 20 euros when the most expensive even exceed the psychological threshold of 200 euros. Heavy or light mouse ? With a sniper button or joystick on the thumb? Should we be convinced by the models with small weights or those with ceramic glides?? The questions are numerous and if we do not pretend to answer each one, best mouse for drafting we offer you a selection of mice capable of covering many uses and multiple situations.

OurSelection of the Best Gaming Mice

For more than ten years now, the Sensei range has provided SteelSeries with an opportunity to meet a persistent demand from around 15% of the population: left-handed people . Even more on gaming models than office products, mice that benefit from a version specifically for left-handers are extremely rare. In fact, ambidextrous mice are a fallback and the Sensei range is arguably one of the most successful.. The Ten is the latest iteration of the range. It obviously retains this oblong design which ensures an excellent grip whether you are right-handed or left-handed. It also has two thumb buttons on each side of the mouse and, best of all, you can disable those that will not be used, at the ring finger / little finger. Not to spoil anything, it is equipped with the latest technologies such as a remarkable precision sensor - the TrueMove Pro - with its sensitivity of 18,000 dots per inch.

WE LOVE

✅ Ambidextrous and comfortable design

✅ Precise sensor with excellent sensitivity

✅ Very complete software, easy to use profiles

✅ Lightweight and with a beautiful finish

WE DON'T LIKE

❌ Relatively high price

❌ No braided cable

❌ Opposite buttons can get in the way

Glorious Model O: the Weight of Lightness

In the space of a few years, the Glorious brand has become one of the darling of demanding gamers. It must be said that his Model O is among the first to have popularized the honeycomb structure which considerably reduces the weight of the mouse. On the one hand, there are those who will not find this "holey" back very pleasant and who will give up their arms after only a few minutes. Best Zowie Mouse for Claw Grip On the other hand, there are those who will not be embarrassed and will find on the contrary that this Model O is extremely pleasant because it does not cause any fatigue.at the wrist: it remains under 60 grams. The Pixart PWM-3360 sensor is certainly not the most modern, but its 12,000 dots per inch are ultimately quite sufficient and its responsiveness does not suffer any criticism. On the other hand, we appreciate the excellent glide allowed by these large PTFE pads and the absolutely perfect position of the two thumb buttons. They are only on the left side, so the mouse cannot be called ambidextrous despite a symmetrical design. In addition, we regret the absence of a sniper button to complete the whole thing. A mouse that relies above all on its lightness to get noticed… and it works.

WE LOVE

✅ What lightness, less than 60 grams

✅ Very correct Pixart PMW-3360 sensor

✅ Remarkable glide, very wide PTFE pads

✅ Pleasant handling

WE DON'T LIKE

❌ Not quite ambidextrous

❌ Honeycomb structure not always comfortable

❌ No dedicated “sniper” button

Best Mouse For Drafting

Who does not know the manufacturer Corsair? If he has made a name for himself with certain components such as memory modules, the American is today at least as famous for his gaming peripherals. Products that sometimes tend to be billed at a high price and, in so doing, are difficult to access. This is not at all the case with our Harpoon which also has the good taste to exist in two versions depending on whether you are a fan of the classic cable or more inclined to opt for a wireless mouse. The latter also has a good battery life , but we regret that the charging connector is pushed in at this point: only the supplied cable can work. For the rest, wired or wireless as the English speakers say are more than satisfactory ... especially given the price charged: less than 30 euros for the wired version and barely 50 euros for the wireless version. The handling is well made, as are the performance of the sensor or the responsiveness of the buttons . No, nothing to complain about, so we can enjoy a big name in the gaming mouse without breaking the bank.
