England's 14-player selection for the second Test against New Zealand, which begins on Friday (June 10) at Trent Bridge, has been confirmed. Leg-spinner Matt Parkinson has been retained.

Parkinson made his Test debut in the first game, replacing Jack Leach, who was hurt while fielding, due to a concussion.

Parkinson was given his first Test cap after he was ruled out of the match.

It should be mentioned that Leach has had at least two concussions in his professional career and is unlikely to play in the upcoming game.
