My two knee exercises -- I do these Feel Good Knees Review with my knees bent and my feet shoulder-width apart. They consist of thirty counts of shifting my weight from foot to foot and another thirty counts of jumping from side to side. They have helped me do away with my knee pain, and they have also fortified my knees in the process.As a result of rebounding, I am only too happy to report that it has been awhile since I've had to take any painkillers. If you are looking to getting rid of pain without drugs in 2009, rebounding is one excellent way to go!

Some time ago I worked with a lady suffering from migraine.Although as we talked before we started the real work it became apparent that before the migraines she used to suffer from recurring back ache. Being a successful business person this would not stop here working many hours and dealing with high levels of stress. Having gone to a chiropractor and used other pain relieving drugs she overcame the pain only to find headaches came next. Still she persisted, work came first of course.
