The proposed ENPHH-MFIS Expert System can classify the different Quality levels of Noise and the effect on human health. The Proposed ENPHH-MFIS Expert System has three input variables at layer. The input variables are Noise Level. Age and Exposure Time which produce output condition of quality of noise low risk, medium risk and high risk. This paper also offers an analysis of the results achieved by using Proposed ENPHH-MFIS Expert System to model complex quality and effect of noise pollution processes with the expert opinion and researches conducted in the past. The overall accuracy of the Proposed ENPHH-MFIS Expert System is 89%.
