Bayes has been with the agency since joining as a gaggle account director in 2005, and has been normal manager since May 2016.
Brand chairman Steve Harris mentioned that Nick had completed an outstanding job leading the enterprise, and that the promotion was an indication of his position and seniority within the organisation.

Bayes said he was pleased to take on the function, however that he didn’t intend to alter his focus on the success of the agency’s clients and staff.
