You can find the summary and sleep data on the Sleep Watch app within watchOS and the iOS Health app under the Sleep subsection. If you’re using the Watch, then you can see the data of up to the past 14 days. Apple Health app (on iOS) users can check the average time spent in bed, time spent in sleeping over a month, average sleep in a week, heart rate during sleep, etc. All of this will help you understand the quality of your overall health.
