A hand or foot begins to squirm. Your palms become soggy and you begin to feel not exactly like yourself any longer.

Anxiety is back, similar to an old companion you would not like to see.

 

Without a moment to spare for that date you had been anticipating for as far back as a week. Or then again the significant gathering at work or your introduction in school. 

 

So what would you be able to do now? 

 

Withdraw, think of a sorry excuse, and drop (as your confidence dives)? 

 

Crash through the gathering or date while being not exactly your best self? 

 

It is surely conceivable. I have done both.
