This timeshare - hospitality company has properties all over India and a dedicated team of staff who ensures that the membership promotes the best value in terms of the price and quality. They offer a-class resort accommodations and plans and packages that are attractive.

Problem statement

Unable to link & manage data points from customer journeys at various stages which affected sales since they could not target the right customers with the right product. This led to prospects having queries that were not right for them, basically, poor leads. The leads were not connected to customer conversion and services. Upsell and Cross was a challenge.
