Cure your Hair Loss issues?

It is natural to lose a few strands in the day when combing. But when you start seeing hair in your home anywhere, does that shock you? We know exactly how you feel when it comes to coping with hair loss.

That's why we talked at Midas Touch with hair care experts to help you out. This is your guide to the many causes, treatments, and preventive measures of hair fall.

Signs And Symptoms Of Hair Loss

The loss of hair can occur abruptly or gradually.

While some hair loss forms are acute, some are permanent. The most common hair loss symptoms are:

  • Gradual thinning or receding hairline on the forehead
  • Patchy circular bald spots or alopecia
  • Hair Loosening
  • Scaling patches as a result of an infection
  • Loss of full body hair due to medical procedures such as chemotherapy

What Causes Hair Fall?

  1. Heredity
  2. Hormonal Modifications
  3. Medication And Radiation Therapy
  4. Stress
  5. Excessive Styling for Hair
  6. Products for Hair Care
  7. Infections
  8. Deficiency of Vitamins
  9. Contamination
  10. Habits in Lifestyle

How to control/stop falling hair?

  1. Medicines
  • You must be well aware of Minoxidil if you have been trying hair regrowth drugs. Minoxidil is an over-the-counter drug that is thought to assist in hair growth. Be gentle with the concentrations, as scalp irritation and acne may result from high dosage.
  • Another drug that helps the hair follicles to contract is phenylephrine, thereby avoiding hair breakage when pulled.
  • Finasteride is also a prescription drug that assists in hair development and is available on prescription.

2.In-Office Treatment Options

A. Transplanting hair

Hair transplantation requires surgical removal of hair follicles to the areas of baldness from a donor site in your body. This is a minimally invasive treatment for male pattern baldness and is widely performed.

B. Reducing Scalp

Scalp reduction, as the name implies, is a process requiring the surgical removal of baldness-affected regions of the scalp. This is like raising the scalp and is achieved in both males and females.

C. The Therapy with Lasers

Low-level lasers may help individuals with hereditary hair loss or chemotherapy. Red light therapy works by activating the stem cells in the epidermis.

D. Plasma rich in platelets

To philter out platelets, the blood is forced through a centrifuge. For hair formation, this platelet-rich plasma is then induced in your scalp.

3. Alternative medications

For years people have been using natural techniques to help avoid hair loss, but there is no empirical evidence.

A popular natural treatment for hair growth is onion juice, hibiscus leaves, massage with essential oils, coconut oil, green tea, and aloe vera.

4. The Diet

Have a diet high in proteins. Use amla in your diet as it keeps hair from falling and hair from greying. Our in-house physician, the Doctor, advises that you cut back on salt and spices.

She says, "Moong beans and coconut are exceptionally good at preventing hair loss." "A definite cause of early greying and hair fall is excess salt consumption." Daily consumption of raw Aloe leaf juice can help regulate hormones and avoid hormone-related hair fall.

Tips on Hair Fall Prevention

  • For a healthy diet, turn.
  • Get enough sleep.
  • Steer clear of hairstyles which are tight.
  • Pop the tablet with multivitamins.
  • When you're out in the air, cover your hair with a scarf.
  • Keep away as far as possible from hairstyling techniques.
  • The mind will be relaxed by daily oil massages, relieving tension, and reinforcing the roots.
  • Washing your hair in hot water will cause your hair to fall.
  • For hair washing, cool water is often recommended.
