در گذشته از سازه های پیچ و مهره در سوله‌ های صنعتی و مجتمع های پتروشیمی و سازه های مورد استفاده در صنایع نفت و گاز استفاده می شد. اما در حال حاضر کاربرد این سازه ها در ساختمانهای مسکونی ، اداری و تجاری که در شهرها نیز ساخته می شود روز به روز در حال افزایش هستند. در این مقاله به اتصالات پیچی اسکلت فلزی پیچ و مهره‌ ای می‌ پردازیم.

مشخصات پیچ و مهره اسکلت فلزی

سازه اسکلت فلزی مجموعه‌ ای از اجزاء سازه ایست که به‌ وسیله اتصالات به یکدیگر متصل هستن . پیچ‌ های مورد استفاده در سازه‌ های اسکلت فلزی دارای سه بخش عمده پیچ، مهره و واشر است که هر کدام از طریق استانداردهای بین‌ المللی قابل شناسایی و تولید و استفاده می باشد. اتصالات اگر صحیح طراحی نگردند به صورت حلقه‌ های ضعیف این پیوند درآمده، ایمنی و خدمت‌ دهی ساختمان را دچار مخاطره می‌ سازند، محاسبه و طرح جزئیات یک اتصال اگر از طرح اعضای اصلی ساختمان مهم‌ تر نباشد لااقل در همان درجه اهمیت قرار دارد. هر سازه فلزی ترکیبی از اعضای جدا از هم می‌ باشد که این اعضا باید به طریق مناسبی به یکدیگر متصل شوند.

عملکرد اتصال اتکایی

در عمل اسکلت فلزی پیچ و مهره‌ ای رد اتکایی، پیچ درون سوراخ صفحات اتصال قرار می‌ گیرد و مهره بسته می‌ شود. هنگامی‌ که بار خارجی به پیچ وارد می‌ شود، قطعات اتصال لغزش پیدا می‌ کند که در اثر آن، یک نیروی فشاری به لبه‌ های اتصال وارد می‌ شود که تبدیل به نیروی برشی در پیچ می‌ گردد. این اتصال تنها برای حالت بار گذاری ثقلی می‌ باشد و در طرح لرزه‌ ای نباید از این نوع عملکرد در اتصال استفاده نمود. در این اتصال هیچ نیروی پیش تنیدگی در پیچ ایجاد نمی‌ شود و برای اجرای این اتصال، تنها سفت کردن پیچ به‌ وسیله کارگر کفایت می‌ کند.

عملکرد اتصال اصطکاکی 

هنگامی‌ که پیچ درون سوراخ صفحات اتصال قرار می گیرد، علاوه بر مهره باید از واشر نیز استفاده نمود. باید توجه شود که واشر مصرفی در اتصال اصطکاکی نباید از نوع واشر فنری باشد. بر اساس مبحث دهم در طراحی لرزه‌ ای تنها باید از این عملکرد طراحی در اتصال استفاده شود. به عبارتی دیگر، در طراحی همه‌ ی اتصالات قاب‌ های خمشی و قاب‌ های دوگانه و نیز اتصالات بادبندی و وصله‌ ی ستون‌ های باربر جانبی در قاب‌ های ساده باید از این نوع عملکرد استفاده نمود. در این نوع اتصال، علاوه بر سفت کردن نخستین پیچ، باید به مقداری که در طراحی مشخص‌ شده است، نیروی پیش تنیدگی نیز در پیچ ایجاد شود.

• اتصال ساده (مفصلی) : این اتصال تنها نیروهای قائم را تحمل می کند.
• اتصال نبشی جان : اتصال ساده تیر فرعی و با اصلی به ستون به وسیله جوش و با پیچ
• اتصال با نبشی نشیمن تقویت نشده : این اتصال از طریق نبشی به عنوان نشست گاهی انعطاف پذیر برای نبشی پایدار می باشد.
• اتصال ساده با نشیمن سخت شده
• اتصال نیم صلب
