Now is the time - Covid-19 Blessing in Disguise for Home Buyers

Irrespective of our economical stature each one of us looks forward to that one house that can be called our dream home. Be it a single room with a roof, a 1/2/3bhk apartments', penthouses'/villas' or it can go beyond, but the bottom line is we want our own space.

People working in sectors which have been least impacted, people with secured jobs and on time salaries have cashed in on the opportunity and have owned their dream homes'.

As vaccine will soon be available and things will be returning to their normal situation hence all we can predict is that, "Covid-19 is not here to stay and nor are these offers and opportunities". Losses will be recovered things will get expensive and so will the Property Rates. Therefore, we can again say that "now is the time" to own your home, to protect your money, and to grow your money as the market has equipped buyers with multiple, reliable, persistent promising options and great negotiating deals.

So if we belittle analytical towards our decision-making process we observe that:

1) We have great deals by developers with a wonderful payment plan not only securing our buy but also assuring a decent return on the investment.

2) Home loan rates slashed to 6.9% which use to be up to 9 % a few years back.

3) Foreclosures benefit.

4) Various benefits for First time home buyers under the PMAY scheme and special waivers on the registration fee for women applicants'.
