Under the SARI/EI program, IRADe began the Macroeconomic analytical study with the key objective to construct consensus for cross-border electrical power trade. It involves multi-nation analysis which is highlighting the economic (macro as well as micro) significance of the power profession besides other country benefits. In addition, the study is executing a collection of tasks to build agreement via different channels and produce a political environment for co-operation. The Agreement building tasks are merging stakeholders from the power market, monetary and polite communities, and also various other energy experts.

The goal of the study: Cross Border Power Trade to seriously examine the demand for CBET amongst the nations of the South Asia region through extensive logical studies that evaluate the technical, economic, ecological as well as energy market advantages of cross border affiliation in the area.

A key goal of the study: To offer quotes of advantages holistically and also the demand for supporting regulative and market advancements that might assist in creating the political consensus for local electrical energy trade.

The end result of the studies aims for rigorous price quotes of advantages to notify the discussion South Asia Regional Energy integration  by all three Task Forces of the SARI/EI as well as pave the path to prepare as well as establish local power markets and make them last in order to foster economic growth of this region.
