  19. Method of controlling of the property belonging to the customers.
  20. Maintenance of the raw material, in process material and final materials.
  21. Documentation the Method of minimization of the rejected material at any stage. And keeping the record.
  22. Quality parameters to check the quality of the products an raw material and final
  23. Analysis of customer satisfaction ratio
  24. Internal audits and management review meeting on the agenda points described in the standard
  25. Analysis of whole system being monitored and tested.
