Certification helps the Organization in various ways, with the new Quality ISO 9001:2015, Environment ISO 14001:2015 and Safety ISO 45001:2018 standards being aligned it is easier for Organization to streamline their operations meeting the business requirements.

Certification helps in Marketing the Organization, It also allows your organization to work with major reputed organizations and take part in the tendering process. Without certification this would not be possible, Certification is also a requirement for all Government tenders.

Context of the Organization

Identifies the reason why the Organization exists, the Values, Mission, and Ethos, of the Organization the technological innovation aspects, the Safety training and awareness provided to its workers, the Environmental training and awareness provided to its workers. The Certification process helps the Organization in clarifying and meeting the Quality, Environment and Safety aspects of the Context of the Organization.

Needs and expectations of the interested parties

The Quality, Environment and Safety Certification Process helps in identification of the Needs and Expectation of all the Stakeholders in the business, Stakeholders are defined as Internal and External Stakeholders, Internal Stakeholder include the Owners of the business, Employees of the business.

External Stakeholders include Customers, Statutory and regulatory bodies, Suppliers, Sub Contractors.

Both the needs and expectations of the stakeholders should be identified and plans put in place to meet the needs and expectations of the stakeholders.

The plans are regularly reviewed at the time of Management Review Meetings and changes made to the plans if the objectives are not met.

The Quality, Environment and Safety Certification look at if the Needs and Expectation of all the Stakeholders are met with respect to the Quality, Environment and Safety requirements.

Risk and Opportunity

The Quality, Environment and Safety Certification process wants businesses to identify all the Risks the business faces with respect to Quality, Safety and Environment these risks could include adequate business insurance, economic downturn, key employees leaving, succession planning, safety laws and regulation breaches, environmental laws and regulation breaches, key suppliers closing down the business, key.

Document Control

Generally the Quality, Safety and Environment representative is responsible for controlling all the documentation and any changes with respect to the documentation should be approved by the Management representative.

In the Document control procedure there should be a reference that all documents are uncontrolled when printed, this ensures that the concerned employee prints out the latest version documents.

Leadership

The Quality, Safety and Environmental certification process expects the top leadership to take a hand on strategic approach in direction and maintenance of the management system, they should provide adequate resources, training take part in Management Review Meetings. Have adequate communication on all Quality, Safety and Environmental matters.
