In India, the MSME Udyog Aadhaar registration process has been replaced by Udyam Registration, which is required for small and medium-sized businesses. The aim of launching this registration process was to reduce the amount of paperwork that was previously involved in the MSME registration process. Udyam registration was made extremely simple and available for online registration after its launch on July 1, 2020.

Udyam Registration has simplified the process of MSME registration. However, several businesses wanted to know whether Udyam Registration could be cancelled or deleted permanently. It may be due to a variety of factors, including the closing of a company, the relocation of a business, the death of a business, and so on.

 Cancellation Requirements for Udyam Registration

You will need the following items to cancel your Udyam Registration:

  • Applicant's 16-digit number Registration Number for Udyam (URN).
  • The applicant's registered phone number or email address.

Cancellation Process of Udyam Registration

To cancel your udyam registration certificate, simply follow the simple steps outlined below:

Step 3: Make an online payment for your application after submitting the form.
