Article 23 and 24 | What is the Right Against Exploitation? - CSEET

The Indian Constitution guarantees the right to exploitation in Articles 23 and 24. These are fundamental human rights that ensure that no one is forced to function in any way.

The right to exploit necessitates various forms of slavery and oppression within its confines. Slavery includes bonded wages, forced labor, prison workers, beggars, and, most controversially, human trafficking. This is about the right to rape children under the age of 14 and the approach taken by the courts to put an end to such conduct.

Anyone’s dignity and rights were jeopardized by the Indian Constitution. Sex trafficking affects millions of women and girls, and many activists are forced to work for poor wages against their will. Articles 23 and 24 of the Indian Constitution guarantee the right against slavery, ensuring human dignity and preventing people from being abused.
