For example, Alabama window tinting laws state that there are rules and regulations for the front windshield, front seat windows, back seat windows, and rear windows.
For information purposes, the legal tint limit for passenger vehicles in Alabama are as follows:
Front Windshield - You can install window tint but it must be a non-reflective tint on the top 6 inches of the windshield.
Front-seat side windows - The maximum is 32% VLT
Back seat side windows - The maximum is 32% tint darkness
Rear window - The maximum is 32% VLT
