This SS 316Ti Welding Wire Mesh is practically immune to chlorine and was designed to be used in sulfuric environments.
Our Stainless Steel 316Ti Netting Wire Mesh is commonly applied in acidic and / or corrosive environments, such as those that contain phosphoric and nitric acid. This Stainless Steel 316Ti Woven Wire Mesh has proven to be excellent under corrosive conditions and various forms of media. As a result, our SS 316Ti Spring Steel Wire Mesh is commonly found in processing applications — such as food or chemicals — along with pharmaceutical storage and processing.
This Stainless Steel 316Ti Fencing Wire Mesh is pliable under both hot and cold working practices; however it does have some limitations in regards to temperature. Hot – working practices in our SS 316Ti Wire Mesh should stay between 2100 Degree F — 2250 Degree F. Temperature control in 316Ti SS Wire Mesh is essential in terms of work – hardening, forging and welding the metal due to potential risks to its stability. Overall, our Grade 316Ti Wire Mesh is an excellent alternative to more expensive metals with similar applications.

Sachiya Steel International is one of the prominent Manufacture of high quality Stainless Steel 310H Wire Mesh, which Good resistance to mildly corrosive atmospheres, but significantly less than Grade 310H due to the Sulphur addition; the sulphide inclusions act as pit initiation sites.
Grade 310 should not be exposed to marine or other similar environments, as these will result in rapid pitting corrosion.
Because the sulphide inclusions in 310 are primarily aligned along the rolling direction the corrosion resistance is particularly reduced in cross-sections.It is like other common austenitic stainless steels, is subject to stress corrosion cracking in chloride containing environments above about 50°C.
Good oxidation resistance in intermittent service to 760°C and in continuous service to 870°C.
Welds must be annealed for maximum corrosion resistance, but even then poor mechanical and corrosion properties will result.For ultra-high machining rates there are also available special grade variants such as Ugima 303UX.
This includes copper to reduce the work hardening rate, in addition to the usual high Sulphur and Improved Machinability steel making practices.
