Neomycin, Polymyxin, and Hydrocortisone otic combination is used to treat outer ear infections caused by certain bacteria. This medicine is not for use in treating an inner. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any of these signs of allergic reaction: skin thinning, red or white bumps in your skin, acne, unwanted hair growth or any other changes in your body. If you are allergic to hydrocortisone, neomycin, or polymyxin please do not use this medicine. To make sure this medicine is safe for you. Before using this medicine, clean and dry your ear canal with sterile cotton, shake the ear drops well just before each use.
