He finally received a letter of rejection from MPNP as he did not meet the requirements. The immigration company after this case was not returning his money and his original documents. He sent a legal notice to the company but then also company refused to pay the refundable amount. After hearing all the arguments, the court directed the WWICS to refund 7 lakhs with 12 percent annually for four years since 2011, and a compensation of 50,000 for mental agony.
