Millions of Americans suffer from seasonal affective disorder each year

Seasonal Affective Disease (SAD) is a mood disorder that affects millions of people throughout the world. Throughout the year, everyone experiences varied degrees of grief. However, most people do not become depressed every year simply because they have never been depressed before. Instead, with Seasonal Affective Disorder, certain months are associated with higher degrees of sorrow than others. This might set off a chain reaction of emotions, making it difficult to live a happy and fulfilled life.

The majority of persons who have this disorder are aware that their symptoms are comparable to those of people recovering from other illnesses or injuries. Symptoms linked with the flu or other diseases, such as poor energy and exhaustion, are evident in persons recuperating from this ailment. The same symptoms are there, but they are not as severe as they would be if someone was recovering from a serious illness like cancer or an auto accident. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is sometimes referred to as "Bipolar Disorder" since the disorder's cycles follow a predictable seasonal pattern. The cycles usually begin in late March or early April and last until late August or September. Symptoms might appear as early as March and as late as August or September in certain cases. The actual date of each episode will also differ based on where you live in the world.
