How to Prepare For CLAT PG Exam

CLAT PG is one of the most popular law exams in India. With more than 8000 candidates appearing for this exam, its difficulty level is increasing continuously. CLAT PG exam is conducted every year to admit eligible candidates in the LLM program offered by 22 participating NLUs and only the top 5% out of total candidates are selected for various national law schools, hence not being in this list. For this, a student should have the right attitude towards the exam and its preparation. Hence, it becomes necessary to plan the strategy for the exam accordingly. Constitutional law, advanced jurisprudence, criminal law, family law, and international law are the most important subjects while subjects like Contract Act, Environmental Law should be given the least importance.

You should develop the habit of reading current affairs on a daily basis as it will help you to know more about recent developments, revisions, and updates which will help you to cover secondary topics.

CLAT PG is a test that tests the concepts you learned in law school. Keep revising the basic and important topics learned in your three or five-year law and stick to the syllabus as well.
