Now, where you are in a cold climate, skin becomes dry and in a hot climate you will find skin looking very oily. You are sweating and there is more oil on your skin, all that is a natural phenomenon, but we should know how to handle these things because skin definitely gets affected with weather, climate but once we attend to it, it would be very perfect, it will look beautiful always in all the weather.

Let's understand the causes of dry skin.

Poor nutrition: If nutrition is not correct if your body does not have natural oil then skin will become dry.

Genetics: Hereditary you are born with dry skin but it can be handled.

Extreme Temperature: Due to the extreme heat outside and also extreme cold outside. You can have dry skin.

Pores of our skin: Skin has lots of pores through which secretion takes place, where even dead cells are thrown out, when these pores get clogged because dead cells remain on the pore and don't come out as we are not taking bath properly and that also creates dry skin.

Home Treatment for dry skin:

Sunflower seed and olive oil: Different studies have found that sunflower seed oil improves hydration for your dry skin. The olive oil is also found to prevent your skin from being dry.

Honey: Honey is one of the best moisturizing, healing and anti-inflammatory products for your body. You can directly apply honey on your face for improving dry skin.

Yoga: Yoga is said to be one of the treatments for your skin. If you practise a certain yoga session it is said that your skin dryness can be removed. It is of course not going to make your skin clean within some days. You need to practise yoga which is beneficial for the long term.

Healthy Nutrition

There are other other things that you should avoid on your skin like scratching, excessive air conditioning, bathing and rubbing your skin too often, using lotion or cream that contains alcohol and more. So you should be very careful with your skin.

If you think the problems are not getting rid with home remedies you should visit dermatologist and skin doctors.
