No matter whether you join a group fitness class such as a boot camp or attend 1:1 online personal training classes we always give individual feedback and support.
Obviously, you will get more individual attention with a 1:1 personal training session but even during a group class, we ensure that no-one is doing the exercises incorrectly as this could cause injury.Normally, we offer a range of outdoor fitness classes and will return to them as soon as COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, but in the meantime, we have moved all our classes online.We do intend to keep offering online personal training sessions after lockdown has been lifted as it has proved to be a popular way to train for all sorts of reasons.
Some people just like the convenience of it, others find it difficult to leave their home and some haven't exercised for a while so are enjoying starting their fitness journey in the comfort of their own private surroundings.
