Job Role Responsibilities
- Provide insightful data analysis to support stakeholders on local, regional or global basis
- Develop, maintain and enhance analytical tools and vizualizations using various systems like SQL server management studio, tableau desktop, Power BI desktop
- Collaborate effectively with engagement lead, Central Data Office team, and Procurement customer to deliver on the analytical needs of the Procurement organization
- Advise on SQL, Tableau and PowerBI end user usability impacts when changes or improvements are needed.
- Conduct research into systems issues as required, troubleshoot and perform data mining and cleaning in preparation for analysis
- Share the progress with stakeholders and potential opportunities within the data sets
- Train end-users on new reports and dashboard
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT (preferably software engineering) from a recognized university, with a score of GPA 6 and above
- Minimum two years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of the PtP (Procure To Pay) process including knowing how the data is stored within S2C (Source To Contract), SAP, and all other PtP systems
- Analytical mindset to be able to work with massive amount of data
- Comprehensive knowledge on SQL databases and visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
- Excellent communication skills and be able to work in a diverse team environment
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
