Uttarakhand - The Land Of Gods

Well recognized as Devbhoomi, Uttarakhand is a country of pristine nature and sublime spirituality. Built from Uttar Pradesh, the state, once recognized as Uttaranchal, is also home to a cultural ethos that talks of a simplistic and harmonious coexistence with the environment, and which offers not only a shining perspective of the Himalayas. Uttarakhand gives you a glimpse into the untouched and idyllic universe, with oaks, birches, silver firs, and rhododendrons adorning steep mountain hills.

Uttarakhand is a famous place of pilgrimage because it is the source of the Ganga and Yamuna, two of the Hindu's most sacred waterways. The Char Dham Yatra, four pilgrimages venerated by the Hindus, is close to Uttarakhand-Gangotri, Yamunotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath. Thousands of visitors visit Uttarakhand to worship the Char Dhams every year.

In Uttarakhand calm and cool air, you will be welcomed by old shrines, forest reservations, national parks, hill stations, and mountain peaks. In the finest hilly areas in Mussoorie, Nainital, Dhanaulti, Lansdowne, Sattal, Almora, Kausani, Bhimtal, and Ranikhet, there are always family or sunbathing holidays.
