- Company Incorporation (inclusive of ASIC fee, any company name availability searches and preparation of all required documentation): $1,395 electronic and hard copy of company registration documentation
- Company Incorporation (inclusive of ASIC fee, any company name availability searches and preparation of all required documentation): $1,250 (electronic company documentation only)
- Appointment as ASIC Agent – $300 per company. This includes:
- Preparation and review of ASIC Annual Statement;
- Update ASIC of any changes to ASIC Annual Statement;
- Solvency statement resolution; and
- Maintenance of statutory corporate registers.
- Business Name Registration (inclusive of 3-year ASIC registration fee) – $385 and management of renewal process
- Business Name Registration (inclusive of 1 year ASIC registration fee) – $336 and management of renewal process
- Trust Set Up – $700 + GST per trust, not including stamping of trust deeds. (In NSW trusts need to be stamped within 3 months of execution, and the stamp duty is $500. In VIC trusts need to be stamped within 30 days of execution of the trust, and stamp duty is $200).
- Facilitating stamping of the Trust Deeds will incur an additional fee.
- Last minute Board Meeting attendance – fees start from $200 per hour
