How to do Japanese Water Therapy?

Following Japanese water therapy is not rocket science. It is as simple as the steps below. 

Step 1. Drink at least four glasses (approximately 160 ml) of lukewarm or room temperature water as soon as you wake in the morning. 

You can add lemon to it for flavor. 

Step 2. After you drink four glasses of water, brush your teeth. But don’t drink or eat anything for 45 minutes afterward.

Step 3. You can eat or drink as your normal routine after 45 minutes. 

Step 4. Drink water after every 30 minutes or before eating anything, but not during the two hours following a heavy meal like breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
