To understand the performance of a Government scheme, you must aggregate data from various sources, from disjointed government web services and paper field reports to create an intuitive dashboard. You can also use mobile data collection apps to collect data from the field. You can also collect data from remote areas through satellite or drone data collection. In the next few paragraphs, we'll discuss some of the most popular Government schemes, including the Rent Control Act and Atal Pension Yojana. Rent Control Act The Rent Control Act is a legal document that defines the rights of landlords and tenants in a rental agreement. Generally, it states that a landlord cannot apply to take possession of a property for its own bona fide use. However, there are some exceptions to the Rent Control Act. For example, if the landlord denies a tenant's rent on the 15th of the month, they must immediately move out. Also, a landlord cannot withhold essential services like electricity, water, and sewerage from tenants. Janshree Bima Yojana Janshree Bima Yojna is a social insurance scheme sponsored by the Central Government that provides life insurance coverage to poor people. It replaced the previous Rural Group Life Insurance Scheme and Social Security Group Insurance Scheme. The premium for the scheme is Rs 200 per head. The government pays half of the premium while the state or Nodal Agency pays the other half. The scheme is available to people aged 18-59 and is available in 45 occupational groups.
