Try to stick to fresh fruits and vegetables instead of canned fruits and veges. I know this may seem tough, but eating habits need to be good, it all starts with a list and a full belly on the way to the store. No excuses, just make the change and stick to it for a few weeks, after that it becomes habit, but instead of a bad habit, you have formed a good habit.
