How to use portable charcoal bbq?

Cobb Australia is one of the most well-known BBQ companies in the world. It's still one of their best-selling items. It's also not just meat. We're both BBQ believers, so char-grilled desserts and vegetables are fine with us. We've put together a few pointers to help you get the most out of your portable charcoal BBQ grilling experience.

Grilling is a fun and delicious method to prepare a meal any time of year. Portable Charcoal bbq grills are more difficult to use than gas grills, but they provide much more flavour to your cuisine. Start by building a charcoal chimney, then placing your prepared coals in your grill. Hot dogs, hamburgers, and a variety of veggies may all be cooked quickly on an open grill. If you're working with things that need longer to cook, such as bone-in poultry or roasts, cover them and check on them occasionally.

Get the portable charcoal BBQ warmed up.

  • In a charcoal chimney, place briquettes.
  • Get your fire starter ready.
  • Turn on the fireplace.
  • For fast-cooking foods, make an equal layer of charcoal.
  • Set the right temperature.
  • Alternately, create two zones of heat for slow-cooking meals.
  • Prepare the grill for the food.
  • Clean the grates on your grill.
  • To add more smoke flavour, use wood chips.
  • When the grill is hot, place your food on it.
  • You can now prepare your meals accordingly.

Note: Some recipes call for water spray instead, but be careful not to wet the charcoal. Continue to grill, either with the lid on for a more moist finish or elevated for a crispier outcome. Use caution when setting the timer if the lid is down. Why? You can occasionally lift the lid to check for doneness, but doing so lowers the cooking temperature, throwing the process off and resulting in undercooked or unevenly heated meals.
