FIEO Registration | RCMC Registration Fees, Benefits and Procedure

Overview of FIEO Registration

The acronym FIEO stands for Federation of Indian Export Organizations. The Ministries of Trade and Commerce and Private Trade and Industry established FIEO in 1965. The organization's primary function is to promote international trade and to represent and assist entrepreneurs and exporters in foreign markets. As a result, FIEO is actively working to expand and improve India's market and exports.

The FIEO represents all Indian entrepreneurs who are involved in the export-import market. The FIEO serves as the governing body for all export promotion organizations in India. As a result, it works with the Government of India to promote Indian exports.

An exporter can reap significant benefits from FIEO registration. Global exposure, thorough guidance on key areas of global trade such as Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), and various concessions to MSMEs are among the key FIEO membership benefits.

Types of Membership for RCMC Registration

FIEO consists of two types of membership for RCMC Registration -

Ordinary Membership - As the name implies, this membership provides basic membership, which simply means that this type of membership is only appropriate for a company that has just begun its import and export business.

Associate Membership - The associate membership is probably the best fit for companies that have more experience and have been in the import and export business for a long time. Fees for this type of membership include the fees plus a nominal GST.

The export promotion activities of the Federation of Indian Export Organization (FIEO) are given below:
