The relative movement of the material particles and the wedge surface produces washing effect, which can wash off the attached materials on the wedge surface, so that the heat transfer surface is kept clean during the movement.


Advantages:

Compact structure: the main heat transfer component of the dryer is the spatula blades, which are densely arranged on fixed rotating axes at prescribed intervals, so the heat transfer per unit volume is relatively high. High heat transfer efficiency: due to the good continuous mixing of raw materials, due to the relative rotation of the spatula blade and tilted blade surface and the body of the heating, cooling, ensure that all the surfaces in contact with the product can evenly transfer heat energy.

Simple control: The drying process and residence time can be easily checked, controlled and adjusted. They can be individually set and adjusted according to the physical properties of the product being dried, for the number of shafts or blades, rotational speed, heat transfer body temperature and drying time.

Small dust and odor generation: Because the gas flow rate used in the drying process is small, the dust and odor generation is small. Therefore, its supporting the use of vacuum cleaners or in addition to the smell device is also very small or no need to use.

Suitable FOR DRYING products WITH high humidity: Because of the use of paddle type drying elements and continuous mixing and stirring, it can dry materials with high viscosity and high humidity. Its structure design to avoid the product in the dead corner of the retention and retention of products caused by overheating or corruption deterioration.

There is almost no wear and material loss: the speed of the blade is very low, only 10~40 revolutions per minute, which effectively avoids abrasion and the rapid wear of machine equipment caused by abrasion. In addition, the fracture risk of metal materials is minimized.
