How to start for this grade:

You will be required to include details of your academic qualifications (if applicable), answer five questions about how you fulfill the attributes, offer your continuing professional development (CPD) records and include some examples of your work.

Both of these sponsors have to fill up the Technician Professional Review sponsor statement of support.
After that, ICE will invite you to have an interview (Technician, ICE EngTech, Professional Review) with two experienced civil engineers (reviewers), to know more about your experience in detail.
Professional Review Submission:
For this stage, you have to send ICE many documents, including your complete application form with documents including your CPD (continuing professional development records).
You have to show how you attained the attributes of an engineering technician in the application form.
