Study Routine for STRESSED and ANXIOUS Students

- You know when you're so stressed, you feel paralyzed?

Like you're too stressed to study properly so you fill your time with mindless activities that you know aren't good for you, but you do them anyway, because, "at least I'm doing something". It sucks, bestie, but the good thing or bad is that most students experience this including me. So I hope that this study routine for stressed and anxious students will help you guys out and make the repetitiveness of the education system a little bit less exhausting. Read for: professional term paper writing service

 study routine:

Your study routine actually starts the night before. When making a to-do list, ask yourself this, which task, if completed, would make me happy? Thought of it? Okay, let's write that down. The kicker is: you can only pick one task. You can't say things like, oh, I'll only be happy if I watched all the lectures I missed last week and finished the extra readings. You're going to get that one task done tomorrow whether you begin your day in the morning, afternoon, or night. As long as you get that one thing done, you're set; go celebrate or rest. If you decide to study some more, let everything else you tackle for that day be a bonus. This takes a lot of pressure off your shoulders because you don't have a receipt-looking to-do list because we overthinkers tend to write down everything.

Minds and making us anxious:

After you finish that one important task, get out your to-do list and write down everything you can complete within five or 10 minutes. Is it the emails you've been putting off, the chemistry notes you need to rewrite, or is it the clothing sale you really wanna check out? It doesn't matter if you think those little tasks aren't important, we're gonna tackle that second. Make sure everything does not amount to more than an hour or two. We just want to get all these small tasks done and out of the way so that we don't have so many things cluttering our minds and making us anxious. Even if it's exam season and you know you're not supposed to be window shopping, just do it and get that nagging voice out of your head or you're gonna be distracted for an entire study session; shopping... just about an hour or two and you'll be getting all these things done; super worth it. Remember to like and subscribe if you're enjoying the video so far and now the dreaded question. What time do we wake up? The answer is: literally any time- 4:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM- doesn't matter. The catch is: you have to pick the time you want to wake up. There is no point in waking up at 8:00 AM only to laze around until 12:00 PM and then feel bad or guilty about it.
