Bajaj Pulsar N160: Price and Design

The Bajaj Pulsar N160 is a street bike that can be found in India with a starting price of Rs. 1,23,006. It is offered in four colours and two variants, with the top variant priced at Rs. 1,29,335. Its 164.82cc BS6 engine produces a power output of 15.68 bhp and a torque output of 14.65 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, the Bajaj Pulsar N160 features an anti-locking braking system. The bike has a weight of 152 kg and a fuel tank capacity of 14 litres.

Bajaj released the Pulsar N160 in India in June, with a starting price of Rs. 1,22,854 (ex-showroom Delhi). The bike comes in two variants: single-channel ABS and dual-channel ABS. The former is available in three colours - Racing Red, Techno grey, and Caribbean Blue - while the dual-channel ABS model comes in Brooklyn Black.

The Pulsar N160 takes design cues from the Pulsar N250, featuring the same projector LED headlight with LED DRLs at the front. The side panels and overall design are borrowed from the 250cc Pulsar.

Under the hood, the Bajaj Pulsar N160 is powered by an oil-cooled 164.82cc single-cylinder engine, producing a power output of 15.7bhp and a torque output of 14.65Nm. It is paired with a five-speed gearbox. The bike shares the same chassis as its 250cc sibling and comes equipped with conventional telescopic forks and a monoshock at the rear.

The braking system of the bike comprises a single front and rear disc, with single and dual-channel ABS options. It rides on 17-inch alloy wheels and has a semi-digital instrument cluster and USB charging port as additional features.
