FACILITATOR in addition to my creative input I am also available to oversee the implementation of the project. Daily communication between the homeowner and the trades (Contractors) is critical for a successful outcome. I am a communicator, facilitator, coordinator between the homeowner and the contractors, making sure that the needs and desires of the homeowner are met. No second guessing or assumptions on the part of the contractor. Meeting with the trades on site to go over the job is second nature to me and I enjoy the interaction.
