Since first day i had no complaint with it.it was working smoothly, nothing like a problem or anything. But yesterday when I was working on it, suddenly it got hanged and started to create sound. I thought that it will be fine but after some time it stopped working and stopped turning on. I don't know what to do now, but I am sure that it’s a software issue in my laptop so i want you guys to fix it as soon as possible.

Dell Service Center in Nehru Place is one of the worst service centers they have ever come across. People have been visiting them regularly for a problem related to their laptop, which got repaired just last month. The staff at the center is very rude and unhelpful. They are not willing to listen to any problems. After visiting the center 4 times, I was asked to wait for 15 days before they could do anything about it. This is impossible for me as I am not able to use my laptop due to this issue. I had bought the laptop because I needed it urgently for an important project. It has already been more than 15 days since the problem occurred, and if they are not able to fix it by Monday, then I will file a complaint with Dell India, who may look into this matter further.

 

The Dell Service Center in Nehru Place is a joke. I have been trying to get a replacement for my laptop for three weeks now and I am still waiting. The first time I went, the technician said he would replace my screen because the warranty covered it. Then he asked me if I could give him half the cost of the screen so he would replace it immediately. Eventually I got him to replace the screen, but when it was finished, there were black lines running diagonally across the screen. He said it was fine and sent me on my way.

 

After that, every time I tried to call them they told me they didn't have any more screens and that they would order me one, but that it would take a few days. Finally I went in person again and they said they had ordered one and it should be in by Monday. Well, Monday came and went without any word from them so I ended up having to go in again today. This time they said that they haven't received my replacement yet and that they'd call me tomorrow to let me know if they had received it. They didn't even apologize or offer to fix anything while I waited! It's ridiculous!
