Mass concrete underpinnings


This is the preferred strategy of the the underpinning contractor adelaide.

. Concrete can be laid when the foundation has been extended.


Piling


Pillows will provide the best underpinning. Subsidence will push the piles to the ground.

Stable soil is the best for supporting fragile soil.


Jet grouting


Grout can be used when soil is weakening or showing signs of weakness to strengthen it.

The soil and grout are mixed using a high pressure jet to create a solid foundation.

It is also possible to inject resin into soil.


Basis and beam


Concrete beams can be used as footings. The weight of the concrete beam is transferred to new beam.
