The outdoor unit contains a compressor and condenser while the indoor unit contains an evaporator coil.
Two copper tubes run from the outdoor unit to the indoor unit. One contains the refrigerant which comes through different section and finally comes inside our room, making it cool.
The heated air from the room is taken back by the fan fitted inside and it transferred outside.
- Heating system
Heat pumps works much similarly like the air conditioner, doing just the opposite task to keep the room hot. But heat pumps has the capability of performing both the function of heating and cooling the room. The mode needs to be changed and the coils work according to the mode.
- Ventilation
This is another important part of the HVAC system. In this system you can get supply and return vents, ductworks, filters and even a circulating fan too. The fan pulls air from inside the room, passes through the vent and then passes through the device to make it cool or hot. Then again it is passed inside the room.
