Global Health Emergency For Coronavirus: The World Health Organization (WHO) on Thursday (30.01.2020) has declared the spread of Coronavirus outbreak which had originated in Wuhan, China a global health emergency during a conference, as the outbreak continues to spread outside China. This was announced shortly after the report of first human-to-human transmission of the virus in the U.S. that was confirmed by the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, according to ABC News.

Union home minister Amit Shah during his two-day visit to West Bengal is set to flag off the Bharatiya Janata Party’s fifth and final rath yatra today.
This marks Shah’s second visit to the poll-bound state within a week.A senior BJP leader commented saying, “Shah is scheduled to flag off the fifth and final parivartan rath yatra today [Thursday] from Namkhana in South 24 Parganas district.
