You’ll want to get a good pair of rock climbing shoes, a chalk bag, and some chalk to keep your hands dry and increase the friction between your skin and the surface of the rock and holds. We continuously strive to improve our existing line and come up with new products that not only meet but exceed the safety standards (UIAA, CE, ANSI) yet are affordable and practical enough for the everyday adventurer to the professional climber and outdoor enthusiast. After years of designing and manufacturing safety and tactical products, we decided to explore the outside world! Our belts and harnesses are made right here in California, and our hardware parts are from Taiwan, UK, or Canada. Take an intro climbing class often called (Rock Climbing 101) at a local indoor climbing gym. Since this is rock climbing for beginners, we recommend you stick with top roping and bouldering to start. Please check our "Testing" section on the bottom of our website to view some examples of testing reports. Remember learning to climb is a process. Top roping is a great way to learn some basic technique and become familiar with and gain trust in the climbing rope systems. You must understand and practice safe climbing technique whenever you climb in order to reduce your risk of injury, paralysis, or death.
