As a personal trainer, one of the biggest things I hear clients complain about is feeling overwhelmed with the constant demand for more training and accountability activities. When you learn how to neutralize your negative thoughts and turn them into positive ones, you will learn how to stay in control of your own life. You will be able to get along with others and achieve great things. Your productivity will increase, your creativity will flourish, and you will have more time to spend with your family and friends. Through positivity exercises, you can accomplish all of these things and much more.
