Know About The Right Amount Of Nutrition Your Child Needs

The physical growth of a child increases rapidly in the early childhood phase. However, their body isn't in the correct proportion. Vegetables:

Grains:

Water: 


Essential to drink 3 to 4 cups of water every day.


Sweet drinks, snacks, and desserts: 


Children tend to get attracted to these foods fast. But limiting the intake is essential. Sweet drinks can be taken around once a week in a small serving, fast foods every 10 days, and desserts are safe to be taken a week thrice ( unless the child is suffering from obesity or other problems).
