Is it really important to our kidney to work properly?

‘ If we consider our body a tree then Kidney is supposed to be leaves’. Kidney is our part of body which works to remove waste part of our body and it works within excretion system, if it stops working people gets chronic diseases and sometimes it leads to Kidney Transplant surgery.
