The web designer - designs and creates websites

A well-designed website combines eye-catching design with the easy user, and the web designer is responsible for both the graphic/visual component of the site or web page as well as its technical functioning and user experience.

But What Do Web Designers Actually Do?

When creating a website, web designers start with the needs of the client, which includes businesses, organizations, professionals, and groups who want to have their own website to advertise their activities, sell their products, and have an online presence.

The web designers design the layout of the site and the structure of the site map after determining the available budget, the needed functionality, the content, and the target audience in order to organize the information logically. The design of the user interface (UI, or "user interface"), which includes all the graphical and aesthetic components that allow visitors to interact with the website and its content, follows. This includes buttons, drop-down menus, search boxes, links, icons, and side scroll bars.

The two key areas on which the web designer focuses are graphics and usability.

A Highly Significant Quality of a Web Page Is Its Graphics:

Even more than the content it offers, an attractive and engaging aesthetic draws people in and encourages them to remain on the page. The website's graphic aspects must be planned out in accordance with the target audience and the purpose for which it was created. This includes the text's typeface, colors, layout, and photos.

The second aspect is usability:

A website that is pleasing to the eye but not very practical lacks to accomplish its goal. The website's structure should not be particularly complicated and the material should be easily accessible. For example, there shouldn't be too many steps or clicks required to get a user from the homepage to the page they're searching for. User experience design (UXD) must be careful to do this.

After the design and idea stage is complete, we go on to building the website, portal, or blog using either code or platforms like WordPress. The web designer makes sure the site is usable in both mobile and desktop versions when building it, for instance by utilizing a responsive architecture.

The web designer organizes himself with the designer-copywriters, videographers, and other experts for the development of material to be put on the site, depending on the complexity of the project. He also works with web developers, front-end, and back-end developers.

After the project is complete, the web designer may be in charge of maintaining the website he created and using a CMS to handle the content ( Content Management Systems, content management system). He can handle the website's positioning on search engines if he is skilled in SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
