Is Remote & Hybrid Work the Way of the Future? Tools & Workspace Providers Part 2

This is part 2 of my blog, check out the first one here:

Despite the difficulties, more businesses are beginning to believe that the change is worthwhile, with increasing plans to enable hybrid work.

Remote Work Tools and Workspace Providers

There are many great remote work tools and workspace providers that you can use when freelancing or running your own business from anywhere in the world.

Remote work tools and workspace providers like LogMeIn provide an online presence for remote employees. These services make it easy to stay in touch with colleagues, maintain professional web presences from anywhere on any device, and facilitate real time collaboration.

Using a tool like Trello to manage projects will keep all of this information organized while also providing an easy way for clients to connect with each other during different stageswhether it be finding out what changes might need to be made on one part, or marking something off as finished after completing a certain task correctly.

Coworker is an online platform that allows you to find, book, and access convenient coworking spaces all around the world. It will be even more convenient if the place you pick has a self-service app like andcards, which makes all workspace services easily available right from your smartphone.

Slack is a team-based messaging software that's excellent for distant workers. Team members can join and leave channels as needed, ensuring that no one receives messages or notifications that are unrelated to them. Members of the team can also communicate in different threads on topics other than the main topic, preventing these messages from interfering with the most project-focused discussions.

Mailbird

Mailbird is an email app that lets you use Gmail or any email provider directly on your desktop. This comes in handy when you're hoping to work on emails offline, or if you are going to integrate your email with a variety of other tools, like Google Workspace, Slack, Whatsapp, Twitter, etc. If you manage multiple email accounts, it's particularly useful because it offers a unified inbox view. That way, if you can't remember which account you received an email from, you can quickly look it up across all of your email addresses.

The Future of Workspaces

Today, the future of work and office spaces appears to be completely different. We may be witnessing a great paradigm change that will test the world's most powerful industries. The pandemic was a disaster in every way, yet there was still a silver lining. Small and large businesses are beginning to see the value and beauty of hybrid and work environments, and are beginning to embrace them as the standard rather than the exception.
